What can I expect?

You will get to choose from 12 different modules geared towards treating any of the symptoms you identified from above.  Each of the modules will have up to 3 therapy calls.  The module topics include: Managing Stress and Anxiety, Behavioral Activation, Coping with Illness, Managing Chronic Pain, Changing Negative Thoughts, Improving Sleep, Eating Healthy, Increasing Exercise, Improving Interpersonal Relationships, Grief and Loss, and Problem Solving. Participating in this program is completely voluntary and you can opt out at any time.
